GetFileWithIdChunk_v4

Method returns the chunk of a document.
[string] 'workstepId': The id of the workstep.
[string] 'customizationId': The customization identifier (can be null).
[string] 'fileId': The id of the document.
[long] 'startIdx': The start index of the document chunk.
[long] 'length': The length of the document chunk.
[xml string] 'transactionInformation': Information about the transaction.
